ONCE YOU SUBMIT YOUR ORDER, YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT THE POLICIES, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS OF MOONLIGHT GLOW LLC., AS OUTLINED BELOW.  WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE POLICY CHANGES.  ANY CHANGES WILL BE POSTED ON THE WEBSITE AND WILL NOT APPLY RETROACTIVELY.

Ordering

All orders must be placed through our website.  We do not accept mail orders, telephone orders, or credit card information over the telephone.  You will receive an order confirmation after you place your order.  You are responsible for the information provided to us in your order. It is very important that your information is correct.

Payment

Your order must be paid by credit card.  By entering your credit card information and submitting your order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the credit card which will authorize us to charge the entire order amount, including shipping and handling charges, to your credit card.  Payment will be made in full at the time you place your order.  Please allow up to two business days to process your order.  If you have any questions, please email us at [email protected] We will respond within 24 hours.

Shipping

All orders, unless otherwise noted, will be shipped at a flat rate of $8.95 using U.S.P.S. Priority Mail domestic orders.

We will ship your order to the shipping address provided to us at the time you placed your order. If a package is sent to an incorrect address and returned to us, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs. If the error is ours, we will absorb the re-shipping charges.

You can expect your order to arrive within 3-10 business days once shipped. During times out of our control, our suppliers can cause shipping to be delayed.

Cancellations

Once orders are placed, they are final and will be shipped. Order cancellations will not be accepted.  If you refuse to accept delivery, a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs will be charged to your credit card for the amount that is due to us.  Please ensure that you want to place the order before submitting it with your credit card information.

Returns

You may return any product purchased from us within 7 days of purchase.  The product must be unopened and in its original condition to receive a refund.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  Please use USPS and pay for the return shipping cost with a tracking number.  If you need assistance, contact Customer Service at [email protected] or call 229-585-0050.

Moonlight Glow’s products serve a variety of individuals, and in so doing, our products are sold without a warranty of any kind. As the customer, we recommend that you test and evaluate the products to determine suitability for a specific use. We assume no liability for injury or damage from the use of products supplied by Moonlight Glow LLC. In no event will we be liable for consequential or indirect damages resulting from loss of use or loss of profits in connection with the use and/or suitability of our products. Our products are not to be used in the place of proper medical attention.

All of Moonlight Glow’s natural skin care products are for external use only. Do not use any of the natural skin care products in your eyes, nose, or mouth. If irritation occurs while using any of our natural skin care products, discontinue immediately and consult your healthcare provider.

Separation may occur, in the event shake well. Extreme heat will cause the melting of products.  Extreme cold will cause the product to become solid.  Keep items at room temperature.
