1. What happens if my lotion melts or freezes? Do not refrigerate or microwave. Leave at room temperature for lotion to solidify or thaw. Once the lotion returns to normal state again, stir and continue using.

2. What is the grit in the lotion?  Your lotion has bacteria reducing crystals that will melt or fall off. The crystals help eliminate bacteria and reduce odor.

3. Do we ship internationally? No, currently we do not offer international shipping.  Please reference our policy on shipping.

4. Is the lotion hypoallergenic? No, due to certain skin sensitivities.  Our product is for external use only.  If irritation occurs, please discontinue use immediately and consult with your physician or health care provider.

5. What do you mean organic? Our lotion is made with raw ingredients to give you healthy skin with chemical free results.
